Craig Pate, PT
Physical Therapist, President / Owner
Craig is a 1992 graduate of LSU Medical Center School of Physical Therapy.
He has been employed at Thibodaux Physical Therapy since 1992 specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and is currently certified in trigger point dry needling and Graston technique.
Craig is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and served as a board member of the Louisiana Physical Therapy Association (LPTA).
He has been an active member of the Thibodaux Lions Club since 1993 serving as committee chair for the All Star basketball game involving 18 high schools along the bayou and river parishes, coordinating Louisiana Lion’s Camp by sending physically and mentally challenged children to summer camp, and the Jr. High School football jamboree involving 10 local schools.
His philosophy of physical therapy is developing an individual treatment plan for each patient consisting of manual therapy on a one-on-one basis to restore a normal lifestyle.
Lori Matherne, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Lori Matherne is a native of Vacherie, LA. She worked as a PT tech at Thibodaux Physical Therapy while obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Nicholls State University in Dec. 2008.
In May 2012, she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Lori worked as a staff physical therapist at a private outpatient clinic in Metairie for 3 years after graduation.
In March 2015, Lori and her husband moved back to Thibodaux, and she returned to Thibodaux Physical Therapy as a physical therapist.
Her interests are working with patients of all ages with orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions. She also has experience treating patients with vestibular disorders, such as vertigo and balance impairments. She has completed Level I and Level II training in Trigger Point Dry Needling, KT1 and KT2 Kinesiotaping courses, and is a certified Graston Technique Provider.
Lori is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Louisiana Physical Therapy Association (LPTA), and Thibodaux Service League.
Lynnette Casteigne
Clinic Manager
Lynnette has been employed at Thibodaux Physical Therapy since March 1993.
As clinic manager, her responsibilities include, scheduling and seeing patients in a timely manner, overseeing physical therapy technicians, setting up and monitoring patients and assisting therapists as needed. In addition, she performs all gym registrations for the fitness center.
Lynnette is a 1983 graduate of H.L. Bourgeois High School. She is married to Carl Casteigne and they have 2 sons, Bryce and Taylor. Lynnette enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Candy Brown
Office Manager
Candy has been employed with Thibodaux Physical Therapy since 2004.
As office manager and insurance clerk, her responsibilities include, overseeing the front office, assisting with answering phone calls, scheduling patients, verifying insurance benefits, managing patient accounts, contracting with insurance companies, filing patient claims, managing accounts receivables and accounts payable and assisting where needed.
Candy is a 1994 graduate of Thibodaux High School and resident of Thibodaux where she raises her daughter, Adeline. Candy enjoys being outdoors, swimming and spending time with family and friends.
Angela
Receptionist
Angela has been employed with Thibodaux Physical Therapy since July of 2020. She has worked as a receptionist for a combined 19 years in Physical Therapy.
As a receptionist her responsibilities include, scheduling patients, verifying insurance benefits, answering phone calls and assisting where needed.
Angela is married to Clint Jabert of Bourg, LA. There they have raised one son, Clint Jabert Jr. Angela and her husband have recently moved to Thibodaux to be near their son and daughter-in-law, Katie Beth Badeaux Jabert.
Angela enjoys shopping and trying out new restaurants along with spending time with family and friends.
